A Contract Sales Support associate must have strong problem solving skills, be able to multi task and work closely with clients, vendors and shippers to find creative solutions. In addition, the candidate needs strong communication skills and able to work well under pressure.
Principal Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Extension of Contract Sales Associate and a partner to retain sales goals in contract/hospitality business for DFW, OK, AR
Managing quotes/orders, applying payment, details needed, update pricing, freight, etc
Manage calendar of appointments, outreach, marketing, substitutions, new client set up.
On Dallas sales floor to interact with all clients, answer phones, assist Sales Associates with tear sheets, samples, etc.
8:30-5:00/some after hour events required as well as assisting with appointment.
Be intuitive/service oriented/self-starter by nature.
Responsible for client outreach on month bases with mailers.
Ability to multi-task
Organizaed and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
1-2 years working in a retail, design, or showroom environment
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
Some lifting (20-50 lbs max )
