POSITION PROFILE

This is an excellent opportunity for an Oracle Data Analyst to be a contributor right from the beginning stages of an Oracle EBS R12 global implementation. In this role you will lead projects that align to Knoll’s business strategy, while demonstrating consistent leadership and project management methods. Collaborate cross-functionally with business owners and executives to set direction and strategy for IT projects. We are looking for a functional analyst with Oracle TCA/DQM experience.

The candidate will work with cross functional teams on solution design and business processes, leveraging industry best practices in collaboration with business users and IT. They will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, implementation and/support of Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA), including functional configurations, troubleshooting and support.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business or Engineering

  • 3+ years’ experience in customer master data management with Oracle EBS Trading Community Architecture (TCA) and Data Quality Management (DQM)

  • Prior experience with supporting or implementing Oracle R12

  • Experience with leading/managing small to mid-size projects

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal customers at all levels.

Required Experience

  • Deep experience and understanding of TCA/customer MDM quality processes and procedures

  • Skilled in creating, monitoring and managing concurrent programs, workflows, API's and Open Interface processing

  • Gathering requirements, writing specifications, application configuration and coordinating implementation of projects and system changes for Oracle TCA and DQM.

  • Functional configuration and hands on implementation/upgrade/support experience for Oracle TCA and DQM

  • Knowledge of up and down stream TCA data design for Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing and Accounts Payable.

  • Design, test and implementation of Oracle application extensions, interfaces and data conversions

  • Use SQL* Navigator, TOAD and/or SQL* Plus in aid of solution design, trouble shooting and data validation/reconciliation

  • Solution design by re-engineering of process OR formulating a new process (i.e. Business Process and System Process) in collaboration with business users.

  • Proficient in Visio for process mapping and Excel for detailed data analytics

  • Research, troubleshoot and resolves Oracle Application issues (customer data related) working with Oracle support and Knoll team members

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Experience with Oracle SOA, OBIEE and BI Apps is a plus
