Position Profile

The Sales Assistant insures that the Knoll brand and message are reinforced through the overall showroom experience and supports any and all activities as they relate to the sales process including, but not limited to, manager the showroom aesthetics, expenses, repairs and samples; graphic design of sales collateral, presentations, etc.; and managing internal system communciations and order administration

Required Skills

  • Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience with Autodesk, AutoCAD, Revit 3DS a plus

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Windows XP operating systems

  • Lotus Notes

Required Experience

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally

  • Performs administrative assistant duties for the Regional Manager and sales staff

  • Reception support

  • Assisting with presentations

  • Telephone sales

  • Meeting set up
