Position Profile:

The Executive Assistant will perform various administrative duties in supporting Holly Hunt's Management Team

Job Profile:

The Executive Assistant/Receptionist will to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Executive Assistant/Receptionist include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. Additionally, this role will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence and adhoc projects.


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Effectively interact with associates at all levels of the organization.

  • Perform well under pressure in an executive environment a must

  • Excellent interpersonal and decision making ability

  • Detail oriented, team player, positive and professional

  • Administer email transmissions, maintain multiple calendars and schedule meetings

  • Prepare and manage travel arrangements efficiently

Required Experience

Required Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required

  • Experience managing Outlook and Lotus Notes Calendars and email

  • Experience in use of Iphone technology and the ability to utilize the Internet for research

  • Must be resourceful, self motivated and proactive in anticipating needs

  • Proven experience demonstrating diplomacy with confidential documents and information

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Education and Skills:

  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelor Degree Preferred

  • 3+ year using MS office in a professional or academic setting

  • 2-5 years of clerical, data entry, administrative, or other office role experience highly preferred

  • Experience working in a fast paced and high volume setting with strict turnaround timelines
